This SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 16th day of June 2021, by and between Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and Kingsway Capital Partners Limited, a private limited company incorporate under the laws of England and Wales with a registered address of Eighth Floor, 6 New Street Square, New Fetter Lane, London, England, EC4A 3A, United Kingdom (the “Sub-Adviser”), with respect to each series of Exchange Listed Funds Trust (the “Trust”) identified on Schedule A to this Agreement (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
