STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of August 11, 2021 (this “Agreement”), by and among Plentiful Limited, a Samoan company (the “Principal”), VEZHONG LIMITED, a British Virgin Islands company, JW Asset Management Limited, a British Virgin Islands company, (each, a “Purchaser”, and together, the “Purchasers”), and Shentang International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). Each of Principal, Purchasers and the Company is referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
