SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 21st day of July 2021, by and between Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and Gavekal Capital Limited, a company with its principal place of business (the “Sub-Adviser”) in Hong Kong SAR, with respect to each series of Exchange Listed Funds Trust (the “Trust”) identified on Schedule A to this Agreement (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).

AGREEMENT effective as of September 1, 2021, by and between Exchange Listed Funds Trust (the “Trust”) and Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC (the “Adviser”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”), as may be amended from time to time.
