This Subscription Agreement is entered into as of August 25, 2021, between [ ], an individual whose principal residence is at the address set forth on the signature page hereto (hereinafter “Subscriber”), and C-Bond Systems, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), concerning an investment in the amount set forth on the signature page hereto.
