This INVESTMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of May 05, 2021 (the “Execution Date”), is entered into by and between Sharing Economy International Inc., (the “Company”), a Nevada corporation organized under the laws of the united States, with its principal executive offices at No. 85 Castle Peak Road Castle Peak Bay, Tuen Mun, N.T., Hong Kong, and Strattner Alternative Credit Fund LP (the “Investor”), a Delaware limited partnership company, with its principal executive offices at 30 Wall Street, 8th Floor, 10005, New York.
