This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of October 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), and amends and restate the employment agreement dated October 1, 2018 (the “Original Agreement”), by and between Elite Education Group International Limited, a British Virgin Islands corporation (the “Company”), and Zhenyu Wu (“Executive”, and the Company and the Executive collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
