This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of November 17, 2021, is by and among BIMI International Medical Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices located at 9th Floor, Building 2, Chongqing Corporation Avenue, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, P.
