This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date (as defined below) by and between Anthony Chow (“Executive”), and Newegg Commerce, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”). The Company and Executive may hereinafter each individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties,” as the context may require.
