Party A is a NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical company specializing in R&D, manufacture and marketing of Chinese patent medicines and medicinal liquor; Party B is a representative enterprise specializing in R&D, manufacture and marketing of Kampo medicine with a history of over 80 years in Japan and Asia.
