This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of December 27, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Color Star Technology Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands corporation (the “Company”), and Ahmad Khalfan Ahmad Saeed Almansoori, an individual (the “Director”). Except with respect to the direct employment of the Director by the Company, the term “Company” as used herein with respect to all obligations of the Director hereunder shall be deemed to include the Company and all of its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Group”).
