THIS MEMBERSHIP INTEREST PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 3, 2021 (the “Execution Date”), by and among Eurasia Energy Ltd., a corporation formed under the laws of the British West Indies (“Purchaser”), Ronnie D. Guffey (“Seller”) and Artesian Valley Farm, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Company”).
