This DIRECTOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 21st day of January 2022, by and between Virax Biolabs (Cayman) Limited, a Cayman Islands corporation (the “Company”), and Yair Erez, (United Kingdom Passport No. 55188XXXX) (the “Independent Director”) and shall become effective on the closing date of the Company’s initial public offering (the “Effective Date”).
