THIS TENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Tenth Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of April 27, 2022, is between Saratoga Investment Corp., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association (as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee (the “Trustee”).
