This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 25, 2022 by and between China Green Agriculture Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), having its principal place of business at 3rd Floor, Borough A, Block A. No.181, South Taibai Road, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, People’s Republic of China 710065, and Zhibiao Pan (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
