This Executive Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and effective October 1, 2021 by and between Home Bistro, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and Zalman Scher Duchman, an individual and resident of the state of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”).
