THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED SERIES D WARRANT (the “Warrant”) certifies that, effective as of the Warrant Issue Date (as defined above), Mr. Barak Avitbul (the “Holder”) is entitled, on the terms set forth below, to purchase from Safe-T Group Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), the Warrant Shares (as defined below), in accordance with the terms hereof, at a purchase price per Warrant Share equal to the Series D Exercise Price (as defined below).
