THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 15, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between Enviro Technologies U.S., Inc. dba Wolf Energy Services, a Florida corporation (“Wolf Energy” or the “Company”), and Jim Galla (the “Executive”).
