This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 1st day of December, 2022, by and between Meihua International Medical Technologies Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”), and Wang Xin, an individual residing at the address set forth on Schedule A hereto (the “Executive”). Should there be any conflict between the English language provisions and the Chinese translations in this document, the English language portion filed by SEC shall govern.
