This DIRECTOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of December 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Color Star Technology Co., Ltd., incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Muhammed Irfan, an individual (the “Director”) (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). The term “Company” as used herein with respect to all obligations of the Director hereunder shall be deemed to include the Company and all of its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Group”).
