THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of August 31, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Paya Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Paya, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Employer”) and Balaji Devarasetty (“Executive”).
