This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of 15 February 2022, by and between U Power Limited, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Bingyi Zhao, an individual (the “Executive”).
