THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 3, 2023 (the “Closing Date”), by and among Sysorex, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Seller”) and Omniverse LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”).
