This Executive Consulting Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 12, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Brera Holdings PLC, an Irish public limited company (the “Company”), and Pierre Galoppi, an individual (“Consultant”), from 1st PMG Capital Corporation (“1st PMG”). The Company and Consultant may be referred to herein, individually, as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties”.
