THIS EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of April 2023, by and between ARK VENTURE FUND, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”) and the investment adviser of such Fund, ARK INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LLC (the “Adviser”).
