This Securities Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of January 25, 2024 between Kuke Music Holding Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), and each of the purchasers identified on Schedule A attached hereto (including such purchasers’ successors and assigns, each a “Purchaser” and, collectively, the “Purchasers”). The terms “party” and “parties” shall refer to each of the Company and each Purchaser, as the context requires.
