The undersigned, Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd, an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability (collectively with its subsidiaries and affiliates, including, without limitation, all entities disclosed or described in the Registration Statement (as hereinafter defined) as being subsidiaries or affiliates of Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd, the “Company”) hereby confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with Eddid Securities USA Inc.
