THIS BACKSTOP AGREEMENT SIDE LETTER (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 4, 2024, by and among Slam Sponsor, LLC, a Cayman Islands limited company (the “Sponsor”), Lynk Global Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Topco”), and the undersigned Investor (the “Investor” and together with the Sponsor and Topco the “Parties”).
