Reference is made to that certain Amended and Restated Investment Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of April 14, 2024, by and among SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), Jacobs Private Equity II, LLC (the “Principal Investor”) and the other investors party thereto (including any additional investors made party thereto by joinder) (collectively, together with the Principal Investor, the “Investors”).
