This Securities Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of July 2, 2024 between Datasea Inc., a Nevada corporation with principal executive offices located at 20th Floor, Tower B, Guorui Plaza, 1 Ronghua South Road, Technological Development Zone, Beijing, People’s Republic of China (the “Company”), and each purchaser identified on the signature pages hereto (each, including its successors and assigns, a “Purchaser” and collectively the “Purchasers”).
