THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER 5 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment No.5”), dated as of July 1, 2024 is entered into by and among CREDOVA SPV I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), PFM CREDIT RECOVERY FUND I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and OHPC LP, a Delaware limited partnership (together, the “Lender”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings specified in the Loan Agreement (as defined below).
