Amendment No. 1 to EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of July 9, 2024 (this “Amendment”), by and between Signing Day Sports, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel D. Nelson, an individual (“Executive”). Each of the Company and Executive are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
