THIS EXECUTIVE OFFICER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 8, 2024, is by and between WETOUCH TECHNOLOGY INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Xing Tang, an individual (the “Executive Officer”).
