This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is effective as of 1 August 2024, by and between Click Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”), and Chan Chun Sing, an individual (the “Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates the employment agreement, dated 1 February 2024 (the “Original Agreement”), between the Company and the Executive. The term “Company” as used herein with respect to all obligations of the Executive hereunder shall be deemed to include the Company and all its direct or indirect, subsidiaries, affiliates (collectively, the “Group”).
