This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 16th day of September, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is between ECD AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN, INC. a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and BENJAMIN PIGGOTT, an individual (the “Employee”). Each party to this Agreement may be referred to herein as a “Party” or “Parties” collectively.
