This Share Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 10, 2024, by and between Fangdd Network Group Ltd., an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (the “Company”) and Zx International Ltd (the “Subscriber”), a company incorporated in British Virgin Islands and controlled by Mr. Xi Zeng, the chairman of the board of directors and the chief executive officer of the Company.
