This Escrow Agreement dated this 10th day of October, 2024 (the “Escrow Agreement”), is entered into by and among R. F. Lafferty & Co., Inc., (the “Representative”), acting as the representative of the several underwriters in connection with the Offering (defined below), Click Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the “Issuer,” and together with the Representative, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as escrow agent (“Escrow Agent”).
