This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of ____________, 2024, by and between OneConstruction Group Limited, an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability (the “Company”), and ________________, an individual (the “Executive”). The term “Company” as used herein with respect to all obligations of the Executive hereunder shall be deemed to include the Company and all of its direct or indirect parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or subsidiaries or affiliates of its parent companies (collectively, the “Group”).

The undersigned, OneConstruction Group Limited, an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (collectively with its subsidiaries and affiliates, including, without limitation, all entities disclosed or described as such in the Registration Statement (as hereinafter defined), the “Company”), hereby confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with the several underwriters named on Annex A hereto (such underwriters, for whom American Trust Investment Services, Inc., and WestPark Capital, Inc.
