The Guarantor is willing to offer the guarantee of maximum amount for the Trustor (“Creditor”) against SinoHub SCM Shenzhen Ltd. (the “debtor”). In order to clarify obligations, both sides signing this Contract must scrupulously keep their word and strictly execute the contract in compliance with the relative law and regulations.
