THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of October 4, 2010 (“Effective Date”) between Royal Style Design, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Assignor”) and Royal Style Design Developments, Inc. (“Assignee), in connection with merger of Assignor into Diversified Global Holdings Group, Inc., effective the date of this Agreement (the “Merger”), and the assumption by the Assignee of certain obligations described below.
