THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mr. Xinyu Peng (“Executive”) and U.S. China Mining Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), effective as of the date of Executive’s signature below (the “Effective Date”).
