This License Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of July 11, 2014 the (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 25801 Industrial Boulevard, Hayward, Suite B, California 94545 (“Anthera”), and Eli Lilly and Company, an Indiana corporation having its principal place of business at Lilly Corporate Center, Indianapolis, Indiana 46285, U.S.A.
