This CERTAIN MORTGAGE SERVICING FEE PAYMENTS SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of November 30, 2018, is by and among the Revocable Intervivos Trust of Valerie W. Korth (the “Purchaser”), Korth Direct Mortgage, LLC, a Florida limited liability company the “Seller”), and James W.
