This third amendment (“Amendment”) to the ETF Distribution Agreement dated September 30, 2021 (the “Agreement”), by and between WisdomTree Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) having its principal place of business at 230 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10169 and Foreside Fund Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”) with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Suite 100, Portland, ME 04101, is entered into as of January 18, 2022 (the “Effective Date”).
