This Performance LTIP Unit Award Agreement (the “Award Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March [__], 2020 by and between Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), Ashford Hospitality Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”) and [_________________] (the “Participant”).
