This Agreement and General Release (hereinafter “Agreement” or “Agreement and General Release”) is made by and between Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Momenta” or the “Company”) and Matthew Ottmer (“Mr. Ottmer” or “Employee”).
