This Joint Venture Agreement ("Agreement"), made on May 5, 2014 by and between Cubed, Inc., of 830 S 4th St, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101 and Small Screen Casinos LTD, of Inchalla, Le Val, Alderney, GY9 3 TA. The parties are hereinafter sometimes referred to together as the "Joint Venturers" or the "Parties" and individually as a "Joint Venturer" or "Party."

This Contract for Services is made effective as of May 30, 2014, by and between Esportclub, LLC, dba the Sports Club Nevada and Sportsbook Select LLC of 840 S Rancho Road Drive #4 Ste. 651, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 (collectively “ESport”), and Cubed, Inc. of 830 S. Fourth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101.
