This Retroactive Consulting Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") dated as of December 31, 2014, between ALKAME HOLDINGS, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada (hereinafter "Corporation") and Kaufman & Associates Inc. (hereinafter "Consultant"), and Craig Kaufman (hereinafter "Kaufman"), the President of Consultant. Collectively hereinafter referred to as "Parties."

This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") dated December 31, 2014 is effective as of the 1st day of January, 2014 by and between Alkame Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (together with its successors and assigns referred to herein as the "Corporation"), and Robert K. Eakle, 3651 Lindell Rd, Suite D356, Las Vegas, NV 89103 (the "Executive").
