This Amended and Restated Executive Severance and Change in Control Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Lambert Walsh (“Executive”) and DocuSign, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) is effective on ___________ (the “Agreement Date”). This Agreement supersedes in its entirety that certain Executive Severance and Change in Control Plan between Executive and the Company dated June 6, 2019 (the “Prior Agreement”).
