This Amended and Restated Change of Control Severance Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Keith Jensen (“Executive”) and Fortinet, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of August 7, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) and supersedes the Amended and Restated Change of Control Severance Agreement, between Executive and the Company (the “Prior Agreement”), dated as of August 7, 2019.
