This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 19th day of July, 2021 by and between Healthtech Solutions, Inc., a corporation with a principal business address of 181 Dante Avenue, Tuckahoe, NY 10707 (the “Company”) and Manuel E. Iglesias, an individual residing in the state of Florida (“Executive”). As used herein, the “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall mean the date as written above and signed below.
